Personalized Service and Support
ResiTek maintains 7/24 on-call service. If you are doing the service we will work with your staff on the phone and over the internet to help them get the system back up and running. If needed we will be on-site to assist you with your problems.
If we are servicing the client directly and their system is down we will dispatch within 1 hour of receiving the call and be on-site as travel time allows.
We have several service plans available and will also work on a Time-and-Material basis. There are plans for individual clients as well as support plans for contractors. Please contact us for more information.
