One of the most important parts of a large project is management. Not managing a project properly can cause project delays, unnecessary additional cost, quality issues, and unsatisfied customers. This service can pay for itself.

At Resitek we take this job seriously. We are responsible to the client to –

  • Ensure that all parties understand what the deliverables are and what completion means

 

  • Make sure all contracts and designs meet or exceed the client’s expectations and equipment manufacturer’s requirements.

 

  • Be actively involved on a periodic basis based on where the project is in its schedule

 

  • Attend all project meetings and Walk-Thru’s that involve the clients interests

 

  • Monitor and manage the project schedule with the client, contractor, and sub-contractors

 

  • Make sure that the contractor and all applicable sub-contractors have the information they need to get the job done correctly

 

  • Make sure all work pertaining to the job is done to the highest level of workmanship standards and strictly adheres to design documentation
  • Immediately notify all parties of any problems that might impact overall quality, schedule, or the financial aspects of the project

 

  • Inventory and inspect all equipment –

-       Against what was contracted

-       Ensure it is new equipment

-       Make sure it is not damaged

-       Ensure it has been properly signed for

-       Verify that it is kept in a secure location until installed

  • Ensure that all system inter-connections are certified to industry standards

 

  • Test all systems once fully installed to insure compliance with design specifications and contract requirements

 

  • Make sure that the end user is trained and has all of the documentation, information, and program source code necessary for them to use, maintain, and be happy with the product they have purchased.

 

  • Ensure all of contractual and financial obligations have been met.

 

  • Establish an agreed upon, in writing, project completion.
